Windows Xp Reboot Loop
Click System Restore, and then click Restore to a previous RestorePoint. but after pressing the "disable automatic restart on system failure" option, I got this error message on the "blue screen of death" (this happened after the light blue xp loading screen press f8 and start computer in safe mode and remove services.exe from start up list for that u just open run command and type msconfig.. Therefore, it is important not to use the most current folder, especially if the time stamp on the folder is the same as the current time.
