i dont know how to locate them with windows 7. now for some reason i got it back but when i out stuff in it the icon don't show me how i fix that. I've restored my desktop and will attempt to find the cause of it's slowness. After a while I right-clicked on it and chose to delete it.

I did this one time and my computer stopped responding and I had to reformat it. Right click on the desktop 2. Starting in safe mode produces the same results (last know good configuration does no good either). My desktop is blank and i'm not able to click on the screen.

Is there anything else I can do?
