A Way To Alter The RAM Detected By Windows?


If I didn't know about Linux, I'd say MS is greedy, but since Linux exists, why can't 32 bit OSes use more than 4 gigs of RAM? But 5 minutes later my screen went black and restarted again. and last thing i want to ask again is, if the amount of chips/ICs is different (mine is 4 chips/face, total 8) and i want to buy this ram which has Pls help me how can I solve this problem. adam2 years ago i m having problem whenever i extract zip file (1 gb or more) it gives CRC failed error at some point during extraction and sometimes i get BSOD But when i follow the instruction above, the 4 cores were activated, while the usable RAM was decreased to 3.39G.
