Solutions? It doesn't use boot.ini file. And tries to boot again, and everytime it tries it just hangs and gives me the same error code. In the end after reading the manual which suggests that F5 is the magic key (which it wasn't either), I tried going through all of F2 - F9. Source

WebbMan In the Comments - SEVERAL people have described their keyboard does NOT work in startup mode and no way to scroll down to "Windows 7 Safe Mode" option. f2 and f12 do not work. Just select Safe Mode option from Windows boot loader and get ready to boot Windows in Safe Mode without any problem.
