it works for me………….. Download them, then "unpack" them if need be and put the .inf and .sys files in a new folder - via Synaptics package manager, check to see if ndiswrapper is installed. Also, if I was missing a CODEC file, wouldn't WMP tell me I'm missing one? Deepak Agarwal Didn't work for me!

Bypassing the activation when installing Windows Media Player 11 is pretty simple. I did it on my home system and it works perfect.
