I have have replaced the existing Iepeers.dll file with a new file from the Win98 CD, & registered the new file I am running Win98SE & OE6 SP1. The situation you describe is a known problem with Outlook Express and Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 5.5 that affects certain inkjet and dot-matrix printers (i.e., Epson's EPSON Stylus Color 440, Epson's read this article And do I need to go to MS's site to do that? So, I downgraded back to IE 5. Still no success.
