I am clutching at straws a little, but every little helps I guess. To be sure, I replaced the mouse with a wired version, still freezes. By that I mean your onboard sound, lan and pull out any usb items. Do you mean the part where it states the percentage of pass? i made the mistake of buying windows 10 because it was cheaper and im reaping the rewards of freezing.. "Windows 10 Pro" no longer responds. Also do a Error Scan. Since it is "freezing", it sounds to me more like a hard drive issue (even though bad hard drives can cause BSOD's too).
