I screwed up.. A few weeks ago I upgraded to Windows 10 however it caused some issues with emails, power options, etc. I have forced shut down at least 30 times hoping that a system recovery or something would pop up and CTRL ALT DEL does absolutely nothing. Several functions may not work. this content

Has this been documented anywhere? The screen is completely black other than showing a cursor when I use the touch pad which quickly disappears. It did the same thing before and prepared the files and etc. Is the PC boot into safe mode or BSOD?
